Lauren Polizzi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at PAR Technology since January 2017, following roles as Associate Manager of Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Lauren worked at IPG Mediabrands, where roles included Junior Specialist Talent Partner and Talent Acquisition Associate. Lauren's career began at Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. as HR Coordinator. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Union College.
