Walter P. Lantzy, III is an accomplished Fires Senior Analyst at Katmai Government Services since January 2023 and has served as a Fires Senior Analyst (SME) on the Doctrine Training Team at Parsons Corporation since September 2016. Additionally, Walter has been a Team Lead for Team 4 on the Battalion Staff Training Team and an Observer/Controller/Trainer at General Dynamics since November 2003. Walter's career began in the US Army, where significant experience in Field Artillery was gained from 1971 to 1993. Prior to that, Walter was a Training Manager at the American Management Association from 1993 to 2000. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Saint Mary's.
