Richard Hull is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President & Chief Technologist at Parsons Corporation since May 2018, Richard previously held senior roles at Polaris Alpha, including Senior Vice President and Vice President and Chief Scientist. Richard's background includes significant positions at Intelligent Software Solutions, where responsibilities included Vice President of Applied Research and Chief Scientist, and Modus Operandi, where management of a DoD-sponsored R&D portfolio was paramount. As Founder & CEO of Axontologic, Richard focused on product development, and prior experience includes positions at Hull Consulting, Elagent Corporation, and Merck. Richard Hull earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
