Maggie Darnaby is a seasoned recruiter currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Parsons Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Maggie worked at VMware as a Talent Discovery Partner from June 2021 to September 2022 and briefly at Peraton as a Technical Recruiter in May 2021. Maggie's extensive experience also includes five years at Perspecta, where roles included Technical Recruiter and Workforce Analyst 1. Earlier, Maggie held the role of Athletic Trainer's Assistant at Christopher Newport University from August 2012 to May 2016, overseeing a team of employees and managing processes for over 130 football players. Additional experiences include internship roles at the National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence and the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), as well as serving as a Court Advocate for Domestic Violence Survivors at Doorways for Women and Families. Maggie earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from Christopher Newport University in 2016.
