Katie Moore is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee experience and engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Experience at Parsons Corporation since January 2022, Katie has held similar leadership roles at Serco and SAIC, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive HR communication strategies and promoting diversity and inclusion. Previous positions include Director of HR Communications at CACI International Inc, where strategic communication initiatives enhanced company culture and engagement. Katie co-founded The Syndicate, an executive networking group, and contributed as a board member for Let's Help Kids, supporting underprivileged children. With a BA in Psychology and Music from William & Mary and additional leadership training, Katie leverages a diverse skill set to foster positive workplace environments.
