Richard Leer is an experienced Operations Engineer currently employed at Parship Group since October 2020, where responsibilities include engineering operations. Prior roles include serving as a Junior Operations Engineer at the same company, and as a Software Developer at Fraunhofer IEM from December 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Richard gained experience as a Research Assistant at Heinz Nixdorf Institut from March 2017 to December 2019. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Paderborn University.
