Monika Strotmann started their work experience in 2007 with an apprenticeship at Frontline Handels und Service GmbH. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Intern and Administrator at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies. In 2012, they became the Human Resources Manager EMEA at DICOM International AG, later renamed Spigraph International. Monika then served as the HR Manager for Central & Northern Europe at Spigraph International from 2014 to 2015. After taking a break in 2015, they worked as an HR Business Partner at MEC from January to June 2016. From September 2016 to January 2018, they worked as a Management Consultant at diconium strategy. Monika joined Parship Group in February 2018 as the Head of Human Resources, then became the Director of Human Resources from March 2019. In October 2020, they transitioned to the ParshipMeet Group as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In June 2023, they began their current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ParshipMeet Group.
Monika Strotmann completed their education in a chronological order. Monika began their academic journey in 2006 at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, where they obtained a Propedeuse degree in International Business and Management Studies in 2007. Following this, they enrolled at Hamburg School of Business Administration and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources, spanning from 2007 to 2010. Later on, in 2011, Monika joined Lund University, where they attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business and Economics, which was completed in 2012.
