Ruben Chapa started their work experience in 2014 at HotSchedules, where they held various roles including Customer Care/Integration Technician, Account Specialist, and QA Engineer. In 2021, they joined Parsable as a Senior Software Engineer In Test, where they are involved in improving the lives of frontline industrial workers through the company's mobile-first platform, Connected Worker®.

Ruben Chapa pursued their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2009 at The University of Texas at Austin. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
