Director, Global Technical Support at Parsable

Narin N. has extensive work experience in various technical support and customer success roles. They started their career at Vanguard as a Data Developer in 2008 and then worked at eSecLending as an Application Support Analyst in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Database Operations Engineer at Fidelity Investments. Narin joined dataxu in 2012 and held multiple roles, including Support Engineer, Sr. Support Engineer, and Manager of Support Engineering, where they managed a team and developed support SOPs.

In 2018, Narin joined Threat Stack, Inc as a Manager of Customer Support. At mabl, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Head of Customer Support & Commercial Success, where they created the first customer support organization, implemented CSAT metrics, and developed standard operating procedures. They also played a pivotal role in customer success by introducing a dedicated commercial customer success manager and implementing customer health scoring.

Afterwards, Narin joined Artera in 2021 as the Director of Customer Support and was later promoted to Senior Director of Support and Integrations. They expanded the team to include integration and VPN engineering and mentored managers to lead these functions.

Currently, Narin is the Director of Global Technical Support at Parsable, a company specializing in digitizing frontline worker operations. They are responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the platform.

Narin N. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to this degree, Narin has obtained the Connected Worker® Professional Certification Examination from Parsable in May 2023. They also possess certifications in A+ from CompTIA and DataXu Certified Platform User.
