Sushil Panday's work experience includes being the Zonal Head at Parryware Roca since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the State Head at Ashirvad Pipes Pvt Ltd by Aliaxis from February 2018 to September 2021. Sushil also worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Greenply Industries Limited from July 2016 to February 2018, and as a Territory Sales Manager at Usha International from May 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they were a Sales Officer at Parsa Trust from June 2013 to April 2015.

Sushil Panday completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Information Technology at Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Deemed University in Allahabad from 2008 to 2011. Sushil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
