Krithika Pichardo is an accomplished professional in quality management and supply chain strategies, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Parry Labs since August 2023 and as the Founder & CEO of Akila LLC since September 2022, specializing in supply parts for government entities. Previous roles include Director of Quality Assurance at Firefly Aerospace and Director of Quality Management at Amentum, where significant advancements in quality systems and compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and ISO9001 were achieved. With a robust background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, Krithika holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, complemented by extensive experience in quality assurance, logistics, and engineering across various organizations since 2004.
