Paolo M. currently serves as the Major Projects Technical Quality Manager at QatarEnergy LNG since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paolo held the position of Quality Director for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project at Air Products from 2022 to 2023. Between 2014 and 2022, Paolo worked at Fluor Corporation, advancing from Project Quality Manager to Director of Quality Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Project QAQC Manager at Saipem (2004-2014) and Technical Manager at GEOLOG International (2000-2004), focusing on global procurement and technical servicing for oil and gas exploration equipment. Additional roles include Project Quality Manager at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies (1999-2000), Data Logging Engineer at Geoservices, a Schlumberger Company (1996-1999), and Technical Support Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co. (1993-1996).
