Steve Bishop has over 35 years of work experience. Steve started their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Williamsburg-James City County Schools from 1984 to 1989. Steve then worked as a Computer Scientist at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) from 1991 to 1993. Following that, they joined Northrop Grumman as a Principal Engineer from 1993 to 2007. Afterwards, they worked at Smartronix, Inc. as the Director of Products Engineering from 2007 to 2019. Currently, Steve holds the position of Vice President of Products Engineering at Parraid, LLC since December 2019.

Steve Bishop completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from William & Mary in 1984. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they successfully obtained in 1991.
