Arshed Javaid has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Arshed co-founded Parraid, LLC in December 2019 and currently serves as the Managing Partner. Prior to that, they worked at Smartronix for 24 years, from March 1995 to December 2019, where they held the position of President. Before joining Smartronix, Arshed Javaid worked at SFA, Inc as a Software Engineer from August 1993 to March 1995. Arshed'scareer started at Tracor Inc in December 1989, where they held the role of Software Engineer until August 1993.

Arshed Javaid completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1986 to 1989.
