Nathan Reser, CCIM, is an accomplished asset manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Asset Manager at Parmenter Realty Partners since November 2010, Nathan oversees the financial, leasing, property management, and construction activities for a portfolio of office properties across the southeast United States, specifically in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia. Prior roles include Asset Management Associate at Wells Real Estate Funds, where Nathan developed financial models and provided strategic analytical support, and Acquisitions Analyst, contributing to the successful closing of over $600 million in office transactions. Nathan began their career as a Client Services Specialist after obtaining Series 7 and 63 licenses. Nathan holds a BBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
