Paul Watkins has extensive experience in the engineering field, primarily with Parmalat Canada since 1983, where the role of Engineering Manager has involved overseeing the production of milk and dairy products. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Project Manager in Corporate Engineering at Parmalat Canada. Earlier career experience includes serving as Principal at OK Fabricators from 1985 to 1997, specializing in the electrical design and installation of ammonia refrigeration systems. Paul began the career as an electrical apprentice in construction and maintenance, achieving master electrician status at the age of 23. Educationally, Paul attended Humber College from 2000 to 2010 and completed studies at George Brown College between 1977 and 1981, after graduating from George Vanier Secondary School in 1977.
