Vlasova Yuliya has extensive experience in project management and sales support within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Sales Support Department Head and Project Manager at PARMA Technologies Group since April 2016, Vlasova has previously held the position of IT Project Manager and Team Lead of the Public Finance Division at Prognoz.ru from September 2011 to March 2016. Vlasova holds a degree in Information Systems and Mathematical Methods in Economics from Perm State University, completed in 2012, and attended MOУ Лицей № 10 при государственном университете Высшей школе экономики from 2005 to 2007.
