Carolin Eberman is currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Employee Experience at Parliamentary Protective Service. With a background in Human Resources spanning over two decades, Carolin has held various managerial and advisory roles in organizations such as the Parliament of Canada, Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, and The Ottawa Hospital. With a solid educational foundation in Industrial/Organizational and Clinical Psychology, Carolin has a wealth of experience in developing HR policies, implementing HR programs, and enhancing workforce capacity and productivity in various workplaces.
