David Copeland Cortes is an experienced educator with a diverse background in mathematics, English language arts, and IELTS instruction. Currently serving as a Mathematics and ELA Tutor at Parliament Tutors since April 2022, David has previously held instructional positions at several universities, including Qingdao Binhai University, Ocean University of China, and Suzhou University of Science and Technology. Additionally, David has worked as a Content Editor at ÓŸ¥Áôѧ and Beijing Useful Edu Consulting LLC. David holds a Master of Laws degree in International Relations and Affairs from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University.
