Noluyolo Magazi is a Specialist Researcher at the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this, Noluyolo served as a Board Member for the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board from June 2018 to May 2020 and as the Innovative Finance Project Coordinator at the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where responsibilities included researching social finance and impact investing and managing an early-stage social entrepreneurship fund from May 2017 to April 2019. Noluyolo's earlier experience includes a role as a Budget Analyst at the Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury from April 2011 to April 2017, overseeing budget implementation, and a Graduate Trainee position. Noluyolo holds a Master of Commerce in Development Finance from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School, and a BComm in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
