Dumisani Mngadi is a seasoned professional in corporate governance and project evaluation, currently serving as the Lead Corporate Governance at the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa since March 2006. Mngadi has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluating policies, compliance, and corporate governance, providing critical advisory support to the Secretary of Parliament. As a Co-chair of the Bid Specification Committee, Mngadi enhances bid specifications for improved usability across supply chain committees. Previous roles include Analyst: Monitoring and Evaluation from 2006 to 2012, where Mngadi focused on performance budgeting, diagnostic research, and the assessment of policy impacts within Parliament, and Senior Researcher and Analyst at the Education Foundation prior to that. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Philosophy in Social Science from the University of Stellenbosch, a Master's in Business Administration from Buckinghamshire University College, and a Bachelor of Pedagogics in Commerce from the University of Zululand.
