PARKVIEW CHRISTIAN CHURCH is looking for a Groups Pastor to join this exciting and fast-paced organization. Parkview is one church with three campus locations in Orland Park, Homer Glen and New Lenox. The Groups Team is seeking a full-time Groups Pastor to help carry out the mission of Parkview at the New Lenox Campus.

- Plan and execute Groups initiatives.
- Identify, train, and equip Group Leaders
- Identify, train, and develop groups Coaches who support leaders
- Assist with identifying, training, and equipping Rooted Facilitators
- Seek engagement with disconnected people to connect to small groups opportunities
- Serve as a Groups presence at scheduled weekend services to connect people to small groups opportunities
- Track Groups participation in order to evaluate growing engagement at the New Lenox Campus
- Implement strategies as developed in conjunction with the Groups team
- Participate as needed in Groups and campus engagement events
- Serve as needed with weddings, funerals, and pastoral care counseling
- Serve as Pastor on Call for pastoral needs of the campus
- Serve as a commissioned pastor of Parkview Christian church, abiding by the guidelines of Parkview’s Commissioning Policy and performing sacerdotal functions as needed

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week; a mixture of weekday office hours, evening hours and weekend hours
