Sandeep Pradhan's work experience includes positions at Parksons Packaging Ltd. and Manohar Packaging Pvt Ltd. Sandeep currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Parksons Packaging Ltd., a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales and Marketing at Manohar Packaging Pvt Ltd, a position they started in July 2017.

Sandeep Pradhan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from R A Podar College Of Commerce and Economics. This educational journey spanned from 1992 to 1998. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Diploma in Purchase and Materials Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
