Manoj Jaju has held various financial roles throughout their career. Manoj started in 1995 as a Deputy General Manager at Shree Krishan Polymer Ind, where they worked until 1999. Manoj then moved on to Multi Organics Ltd in 1999, where they served as the General Manager of Finance until 2004. From 2004 onwards, they joined Parksons Packaging Ltd, where they have held multiple positions including Vice President of Finance and Company Secretary, Assistant Vice President of Finance, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.

Manoj Jaju completed their higher secondary education at Higher Secondary School Jaora. After that, they attended Vikaram University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at the same university, although the exact duration of this degree is unknown. Following this, Manoj Jaju enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued studies in CA & CS.
