Leon Lighthart has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, with a career spanning over several decades. Currently retired, Leon spent significant time at Parkson Corporation from February 2003, progressing through roles from Buyer/Planner to Senior Buyer, where responsibilities included purchasing and production activities. Prior to this, Leon worked as a consultant for Rita Corporation and WALCO Tool & Engineering, providing expertise in software upgrades and operational efficiencies. Leon also held management positions at Aqua-Aerobic Systems, INC., where duties encompassed production control, inventory management, and manufacturing operations, as well as a role as Director of Manufacturing. Leon’s educational background includes study at the University of Illinois and the University of Michigan, along with a high school diploma from Harlem High School.
