Shaun Riggs has over a decade of experience in application support and IT operations, currently serving as Manager of Application Support at ParkMobile, LLC since June 2015, after holding roles such as Application Support Engineer and IT Operations Support. Prior experience includes the position of Application Launch Manager at Ryder Logistics from August 2014 to May 2015, and various roles at Maxim Healthcare Services between May 2009 and August 2014, including Application Support Specialist and Solution Center Analyst. Shaun Riggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems - Networking from Chattahoochee Technical College.
