Csala Beers (Peters) has considerable experience in both education and customer service. As a Substitute Teacher with Parkland School District since March 2012, Csala also served as a Special Education Teacher at Bethlehem Area School District from April 2012 to March 2014. Prior to a career in education, Csala worked as a Sales Associate at Freeman Jewelers from August 2011 to January 2020, holding certification as a DCA Certified Diamontologist, and as a Highline Sales Specialist at Knopf Automotive from June 2014 to February 2015, specializing in luxury automotive brands like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche. Csala gained managerial experience as a Branch Manager at First Star Bank (ESSA Bank) from October 2006 to September 2011. Educational achievements include a BS in Elementary Education with a focus on Special Education from Cedar Crest College and a BS in Early Childhood Education from Youngstown State University.
