Stephen Sorrells is a seasoned Senior System Engineer with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support. Currently at Parkland Hospital since September 2020, Stephen previously held senior engineering roles at Sparkhound and Columbus A/S, where responsibilities included managing hybrid cloud environments and Azure infrastructure design. With a robust background in performance automation at GameStop and management roles at Energy Future Holdings, Stephen has developed a diverse skill set spanning incident management, team leadership, and technical support. Beginning a career in technical support at CompuCom and Stream Global Services, Stephen has cultivated a deep understanding of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
