Sharon Chisholm, MBA, CCMP, CCP, CRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and strategic operations. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Health Resources as a Human Resource Officer, overseeing HR, Employee Health, Volunteer & Guest Services. Sharon was responsible for integrating operational components, aligning processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Sharon also worked as a Human Resource Consultant at West Penn Allegheny Health System, where they managed physician practices, union contracts, and employee grievances. Sharon served as a Human Resource Consultant at West Virginia University Hospitals, providing guidance on workforce matters and implementing recruitment and retention strategies. At UPMC, they served as a Human Resource Consultant for nursing and physician offices, implementing career advancement programs and a leadership development program. Sharon's career began at Coventry Health Care, where they established HR operations and designed a compensation structure. Sharon Chisholm holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Point Park University, obtained in 2004. Sharon also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the same university, obtained in 2002. In addition to their degrees, Sharon has obtained several certifications, including the "Change Management Practitioner" certification from Prosci in 2019, the "SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" certification from SHRM in 2015, the "Master Certification ROI Methodologies" from Villanova University in 2014, the "Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)" certification from HRCI in 2004, and the "Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)" certification from WorldatWork in 2011.
