Lauren Alexander, MBA, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in cardiology and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior EKG Technician at Parkland Hospital since June 2019, Lauren specializes in applying holter and event monitors to outpatients and facilitating cardiac stress tests. Previous experience includes an internship under Dr. Darren Meyer at McKinney Psychiatry, as well as roles as a Clinical Administrative Assistant at Heart Hospital of Lafayette and an EKG/Telemetry Technician at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution.
