Stefano Pettini is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ParkingMyCar since August 2023. Prior to this role, Stefano worked as a Staff Engineer at CARTO, contributing to the development of features for a cloud-native geospatial analytics platform. With extensive experience at HERE Technologies from 2014 to 2022 as a Senior Principal Architect, Stefano coordinated geospatial data analytics capabilities, developed Mobility Analytics products, and was instrumental in the development of the HERE location platform, focusing on scalable processing of Geospatial Big Data. Stefano's prior experience includes key roles at Nokia, where contributions to the map compilation system and navigation services were made, and earlier positions at Elsag Datamat, Telecom Italia Lab, and the European Space Agency. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Space Exploration and Development Systems.
