Roland Holder, PE, SE, is a Senior Practice Leader and Structural Engineering Team Leader at Parkhill, with an extensive background in structural engineering. Since joining Parkhill in October 2014, Roland has led multiple teams and projects focusing on diverse structures, including educational, institutional, medical, and commercial buildings. Prior to this role, Roland served as the Structural Team Leader at Smith Engineering Company, where responsibilities included the design of various building types across west Texas and New Mexico. Roland's experience also includes positions as Senior Structural Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Design Engineer at various firms, where roles encompassed structural design, investigations of existing buildings, and the design of water/wastewater treatment facilities. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
