Paul Parks has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as Project Manager at Parks Electric in 2005. Paul then moved on to become General Manager at Pico Boulevard Pet Hospital in 2010. In 2014, they returned to Parks Electric as Project Manager, and then in 2016 they worked as Program Manager, North America and Senior Project Manager at Park Assist. In 2017, they became Senior Project Manager of the Americas at Cleverciti Systems U.S. and in 2019 they were Senior Project Manager at SKIDATA AG. In 2021, they began volunteering at DREAM CENTER CHARLOTTE, and currently they are Director of Operations, USA at ParkHelp Technologies.

Paul Parks obtained a Bachelor's degree from Peterson's School of Engineering and a Technical Degree from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical School. Paul also holds certifications from the American Heart Association (CPR/AED/First Aid), OSHA Safety Training (OSHA-10 Safety Certification and OSHA-30 Supervisor Construction Safety and Health Certification), and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (State of Massachusetts Certified Electrical Journeyman License).
