Jared Phillips has a diverse work experience. Jared started their career as a Production Intern at GAF in 2008. In 2009, they joined SCOT INDUSTRIES INC as an Assistant Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager, a role they held until 2011. Since 2011, Jared has been a part of Parker Towing Company, starting as a Technology Manager and Special Projects and progressing to Manager of Technology and Operations. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Operations Manager before being promoted to Director of Business Operations and joining the Board of Directors. Currently, Jared holds the position of Vice President Information Systems at Parker Towing Company.

Jared Phillips obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management with a specialization in Production Management from The University of Alabama in 2008. In 2015, they pursued Executive Education in Corporate Finance and Accounting at The Wharton School.
