Olivia Daly is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, corporate finance, and commercial lending since September 2019. Previously, Olivia served as a summer associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP and Bouhan Falligant LLP, with earlier experience at Parker Tide Corp. as an executive assistant. Additional roles include brand ambassador for theSkimm, communications/research intern for the Republican National Committee, and marketing intern at Smartguide Vienna. Olivia holds a Juris Doctor from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Wofford College.
