Laura Hampton is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since February 2022, Laura oversees the people function for a regional law firm with 275 attorneys. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, Laura contributed to corporate communications and governance for a regional hospice organization. Laura held several progressive positions at The Employers Association from 1995 to 2020, culminating in the role of Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included business development and service delivery for over 900 members. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College, graduating Cum Laude with a minor in French.
