Johnna Goodmark is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs since April 2019. Previously, Johnna held the position of Deputy City Attorney for the City of Atlanta, managing the Infrastructure and Real Estate Practice Group, and overseeing major real estate transactions. Johnna also served as Chief Counsel for Real Estate, focusing on legislation and affordable housing initiatives. An academic contributor, Johnna taught a "deal skills" course at Emory University School of Law, equipping students with essential skills for handling commercial and real estate transactions.
