Jean Rebele, MS Ed has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management. Jean has held various leadership positions in reputable organizations such as Parker Health Group, RWJ Barnabas Health, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Morgan Stanley, AIG, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
At Parker Health Group, Jean served as the Chief Administration and Talent Officer, responsible for aligning talent and organizational performance efforts to strategic imperatives.
At RWJ Barnabas Health, Jean held multiple roles, including Director of Organization Development and Director of Human Resources. Jean specialized in enterprise Organization Development and Talent Management initiatives and introduced a heightened focus on Talent Acquisition and On-boarding.
During their tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Jean served as the Director of Global Leadership & Management Development, where they led the Global Leadership Development function and managed a team of professionals responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions for leaders and managers globally. Jean also served as the Director of Human Resources (business partner), where they conducted human resources activities for the Commercial Oncology business and led talent management activities for the US Pharmaceuticals group.
Jean also has experience working in the financial sector, having served as the Vice President of Training & Development at Morgan Stanley, where they revamped training programs for Equity Research and Institutional Equities Sales & Trading. Jean also worked at AIG as a HR Generalist and Development Manager, responsible for people development activities.
Additionally, Jean worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a Reengineering Specialist and Staffing Specialist.
Throughout their career, Jean has demonstrated a strong focus on talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Jean Rebele has a Master of Science (MS) degree in HR Education and Organizational Development from Fordham University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Communications Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego.
In addition to their degrees, Jean has obtained certifications in Hogan Assessments Level 1 Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems and a Master's Certificate in Senior Care Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR).
