Gillian Popineau, MSc., MCIPD, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Parker Wellbore since May 2019, Gillian has successfully implemented transformational change and enhanced employee engagement and performance culture for the UK and the Netherlands. Previous roles include HR consultancy services, Interim People and Organisation Business Partner at Wood, and HR Manager positions at TCO IN-WELL TECHNOLOGIES UK LTD and LandCorp. Gillian’s leadership experience extends to roles at TSMarine, Grampian Police, and Aker Kvaerner Subsea, where responsibilities included HR strategy development, team management, and the establishment of HR processes in multi-site settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University.
