Justin Kelsall, ACBP, MCC, is an experienced BSA Analyst II at Parke Bank since August 2019, specializing in onboarding and reviewing Marijuana Related Businesses (MRB) and conducting case investigations. Kelsall effectively liaises with various departments and maintains a strong understanding of MRB regulatory guidelines. Additionally, Kelsall serves as an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Rowan University, teaching Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Economics of Cannabis to undergraduate students. Prior experience includes roles as a BSA Specialist and BSA Assistant at OceanFirst Bank and Capital Bank of New Jersey, where Kelsall contributed to AML investigations and process improvement initiatives. Kelsall holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics from Rowan University.
