Chris Integlia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. From 2021 to the present, they have served as the Chief Operating Officer at Pariseault Builders Inc. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Chris held various leadership roles at North Atlantic Corp, including Vice President Continuous Improvement, Vice President Manufacturing Operations - New England, and Director of Continuous Improvement and Project Management. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at The Swan Group LLC, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing strategic growth plans. At Taco Inc., Chris held multiple positions, including Executive Vice President - New Business Development & Strategy, President & Director - Taco Electronic Solutions, Inc., Executive Vice President - Residential Divisions, Sr. Vice President Controls & Electronics Divisions, Director of Marketing, and Division Manager - Commercial Pumps. Throughout their career, Chris has consistently focused on driving operational improvements, executing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities through partnerships and acquisitions.

Chris Integlia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College in 1988. Chris then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 1992.
