Koustubhi Rawal has extensive experience in sales and customer support, currently serving as an Assistant Sales Manager at Pariksha since November 2018, where prior roles included Senior Sales Executive and Customer Support Executive. Koustubhi also worked as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Consultant at The Option Box for a brief period in mid-2022 and completed an internship at BYJU'S focused on the DSSL Programme in late 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Support Executive at Teleperformance, managing customer grievances for the Xiaomi Process in both Hindi and English. Koustubhi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Application from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, completed between 2013 and 2016.
