Prior to that, they held the position of Accounting Manager at Sherpa Define & Design, DAM Start-up Studio, and KeyFruit Inc. Sinem began their career as an İç Denetim Sorumlusu at Bilge Adam.

Sinem Eser attended Anadolu University from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Muhasebe ve İşletme/Yönetim. However, the specific degree they obtained from the university is unknown.
