Peter Wübben has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public affairs. Peter began their career at Reuters as a Ressortleiter Unternehmen /& Märkte in 2000. Peter then joined METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry in 2003 and worked in their Konzernkommunikation department until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Peter served as the Leiter Konzernkommunikation at METRO AG. Peter then joined ALDI SÜD as the Geschäftsführer Kommunikation & Public Affairs, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Peter holds the position of SVP Group Communications & Sustainability at Douglas, starting in August 2021.

Peter Wübben completed an Executive MBA degree in Kellogg-WHU and obtained an M.A. degree in Politik, Wirtschaftspolitik, Geschichte from the University of Münster. No specific start or end years were provided for either education.
