Dušan Kondić has extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics, currently serving as Team Lead at parfumdreams / Parfümerie Akzente GmbH since February 2021 and at Niche-Beauty.COM since May 2024. Previously, Dušan held positions as a Data Analyst at Pathmate Technologies AG from November 2019 to July 2020 and as a Research Analyst at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Banja Luka from August 2014 to August 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mannheim (2018-2020) and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the Faculty of Political Sciences Banja Luka (2016-2018), complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution (2012-2016).
