From 1990 to 2006, Odile held multiple positions at BY THE WAY, including Assistante de direction rattachée au Président and Assistante de direction at By the Way, l'Agence. Odile Lacroix obtained a BTS in Secrétariat trilingue from Lycée Gaston Berger between 1979 and 1981.
