Yaxing (Stella) Sun's work experience includes a role as a Principal Statistical Programmer at Parexel starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Statistical Programmer at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions from July 2016 to February 2020. Yaxing (Stella) was also a Statistical SAS Programmer at Brightech International from June 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, Yaxing worked as a Research Analyst at the National Institute for Early Education Research in 2015. Before entering the field of programming and research, they gained experience as an HR Talent Scout at Tourbillon Alliance Partners in 2013, a Recruitment Assistant at China Galaxy Securities in 2012, and a Project Assistant at ChinaHR.com in 2011.

Yaxing (Stella) Sun received a Master's degree in Statistics and Biostatistics from Rutgers University in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in 2012-2014. In addition, they obtained the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer and SAS Certified Base Programmer certifications from SAS in 2015.
