Melissa Milani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Parexel since September 2003. As Global Head of L&D in a multi-billion-dollar Clinical Research Organization, Melissa oversees a global team of over 80 learning professionals, driving impactful learning strategies for more than 24,000 employees. Prior roles at Parexel include Senior Director and Manager of Learning & Development, where significant transformations in training management were achieved. Before joining Parexel, Melissa held roles at UnumProvident and Datex-Ohmeda, focusing on organizational development and training solutions. Melissa's earlier career in academia includes teaching communication courses at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Minnesota State University Moorhead. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech Communication from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Art from Concordia College.
