Juho Jokiniitty is a seasoned professional in the technology and business management sectors with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as Sales Director and Co-Founder at Pareto Software Oy, Juho has successfully hired 25 software developers and acquired 18 new clients in the first year. As Chairman of the Board and Member of the Supervisory Board at OP Financial Group, Juho contributes strategic oversight to the organization. Previous roles include Vice President of Cyber & Digital at Insta, where responsibility encompassed a business area yielding €14M in revenue and managing a team of 120, as well as Business Unit Director positions at both Insta Digital and Vincit. Juho's sales management experience spans several organizations, including Megaflex Oy and Leanware Oy.
