Stephany Medina is a skilled professional with a diverse background in advocacy, digital organizing, education, and music therapy. Currently serving as a Storytelling Specialist at ParentsTogether Foundation, Stephany recruits and manages storyteller advocates to enhance economic security advocacy through compelling narratives. Previous roles include Digital Organizer at Workers Dignity, where volunteer teams were managed for outreach campaigns, and GEAR UP Coordinator at Conexion Americas, focused on college readiness for Latinx students. Experience also includes coordinating music therapy sessions for older adults with Alzheimer’s at Abe's Garden and working with children at Children's Hospital New Orleans. A certified yoga instructor, Stephany holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Loyola University New Orleans.
